"Running from the Rain" Commended

Having been a winner in the "Magic of Midsummer" early bird competition within the 2009 International Garden Photographer of the Year competition, the image then went on to be shortlisted in the final rounds of judging.

Although not through to the last few entries in its category, the photograph has been commended and will now be included in the book of the competition "Garden Photographer of the Year: Collection 2" due out later this year.
